Welcome to the Birnam store.

Martin Hadden, a member of internationally renowned Scots band Silly Wizard, established Birnam in 1986. The company was initially established as Scotland’s first ever real-time cassette duplication facility, but then progressed to CD, DVD, Vinyl manufacturing, design for packaging and promotion and, more recently, to digital delivery, distribution and promotion.

We are privileged to be able to work with many fine musicians, and, it was in response to requests from them that we set up this online store – helping independent musicians to sell their music across the globe.

You will find an ever-expanding catalogue of CDs from artists of the highest standard, representing a wide range of styles, backgrounds and genres.  All the discs you find here have been manufactured in the EU by Birnam CD and will be despatched directly from our base in Highland Perthshire, Scotland.
