Following the release of ‘Night Visions’ in 2017, Brian Davidson’s new CD is a recital of piano music by Spanish composer Federico Mompou.
Interest in Mompou’s work has been growing in recent years after a long period of neglect. This recording, in part funded by the Mompou Foundation in Barcelona, is one of very few by a British pianist devoted entirely to his music.
