Meteor Trail is the new release from unique artist, cellist Naomi Gee Wright, on the hip, niche label Oti-O Records. This is her first entirely self penned album, following on from her acclaimed ASC Records classical release Anima Rising. Her music is composed for cello,tabla and voice, and features herself with her Naomi Gee Wright Band bandmates, Brigitte Beraha voice and Ben Hazleton tabla. As a composer Naomi draws influences from her travels to India, Japan and Texas, from J.S Bach and Joni Mitchell, and from painter Frida Kahlo. She has worked and recorded with a wide ranging mix of artists, and some of the biggest names from the World, jazz and pop and classical scenes.
